A completely redesigned accommodation
More comfort for visitors
The three floors of the chalet have been completely redesigned.
Le Pré Fleuri now has 19 rooms with a capacity of 58 beds. Each room has private bathroom with shower, sink and toiletallowing for greater comfort and privacy for the people being accommodated.
A more accessible chalet
Accessibility was also central to the project.
A elevator now serves the different levels of the building. A room adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM) has also been adapted to allow for a better reception.
These improvements contribute to the objective of making Pré Fleuri a place open to an ever-wider public.
New spaces to meet
The renovation does not only concern the bedrooms.
The ground floor has been completely redesigned to create more functional and welcoming spaces.
A new reception area now allows us to receive visitors in better conditions. The chalet also has a lounge bar, designed as a space for relaxation and meeting.
These new spaces reinforce the identity of Pré Fleuri: a place where people come to stay, but also to meet, exchange and share.
A project serving social tourism
For many years, the Pré Fleuri has been hosting snow classes, discovery classes, families and groups.
The renovation allows us to preserve this purpose while opening up new perspectives.
The establishment can now accommodate a more diverse clientele and develop new activities, particularly with regard to individuals, seminars and sports groupswith the ambition to keep the chalet in use throughout the year.
For the Vacances et Loisirs de la Mayenne association, the issue is clear: modernize without losing the soul of the place.
Le Pré Fleuri remains a social tourism establishment, with the aim of offering a warm, friendly and accessible stay in an exceptional environment in the heart of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains.
